Synopsis: It's hard to find your perfect match, someone you really connect with; someone who will dedicate their life to destroying you at all costs. Yes, sometimes it feels like you'll NEVER meet your nemesis. But Captain Battle and Dr. Nightmare are willing to try out every hero and villain in town to find the enemy of their dreams. Of course, you're going to meet a few weirdos along the way... An ultra-flexible, quickfire comedy sure to capturee your heart and lower it slowly into a volcano. 

The Origin Story: I loved the idea of playing with big dramatic characters of superheroes and villains in a comedy…but didn’t want to make the staging so ambitious any schools might have problems with the tech (or find themselves in a Spiderman: Turn Off the Dark situation). I liked the idea of a quickfire vignette piece that all took place in one easy-to-create location like a restaurant….but dating plays felt a bit overdone, and can be kinda awkward for students. But a nemesis…yes. Yes, my beauties! BWAHAHAHA! So my evil plan has come to fruition. Next…the world?
